Budapest Design Week was established in 2004 by the Hungarian Design Council with the aim of contributing to raising awareness of the economic and social role of design, increasing trust in design and communicating between actors in the field. The main goal of the series of events is to emphasize the economic significance of design in addition to social utility. The primary goal of the program line is to draw attention to the potential of design from both an economic and a business point of view, thus targeting the circle of economic decision-makers and domestic enterprises.
Within the framework of the cooperation, MITTE will provide all the press and public relations of the Hungarian Design Award and Design Management Award and Budapest Design Week in 2020. As part of the agreement, the agency organizes press events, takes care of the brand’s social communication interfaces, and performs PR and press relations tasks.
